Rules & Regulation
**Introduction**
Welcome to the official rules for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and
TruckersMP convoy events. These rules are designed to ensure a safe,
enjoyable, and respectful experience for all participants. By joining a convoy,
you agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in
disciplinary actions, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account
suspension.
Failure to meet these requirements without prior notice or valid reasoning may result in a reminder or further action from organizers.
**VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) Requirements**
- The TruckersMP logo and license must remain visible on your profile at all times.
- Removing the logo or license will result in immediate disqualification from the VTC, and you
will no longer be accepted into the VTC
- All members must display the official VTC tag in their TruckersMP profile, regardless of
whether they are playing on their VTC profile or any other gaming profile.
- Failure to display the VTC tag will result in a warning, and repeated offenses may lead to
removal from the VTC.
- Ensure your TruckersMP account complies with all VTC and TruckersMP rules.
- Any violations on your account may impact your standing within the VTC.

- Inappropriate usernames or avatars must be changed upon request.
- Promotion of other communities, streams, or content requires prior approval.

other regulations.
- Reckless driving or ignoring traffic rules disrupts the convoy and is

- Avoid weaving between trucks or disrupting the convoy’s structure.
- Use CB radio for essential communication only (e.g., upcoming turns,
obstacles).
- Avoid unnecessary chatter to keep the channel clear.
- Do not cut across other trucks or engage in ramming behavior.
- Such actions are disruptive and may cause accidents.
**Technical Requirements**
- Customization is allowed, but ensure your vehicle adheres to event standards.
- Avoid overly modified or unrealistic designs that disrupt the convoy’s visual
consistency.
- Ensure a stable internet connection before joining a convoy.
- Lagging or disconnecting can disrupt the experience for others.

breaks for drivers to rest.

- Adjust driving behavior for weather conditions (e.g., reduce speed in rain or
fog).

**Monthly Participation and Activity Requirements**
- Attend at least **3 convoys per month** to maintain active participation.
- This ensures community engagement and involvement.

- This requirement ensures members remain active in the game and community
**Consequences of Violations**
- Minor violations may result in a warning.
- Repeated or significant violations may lead to stricter consequences.
- Severe or repeated offenses may result in a temporary ban from convoys or the TruckersMP platform.
- Highly disruptive, dangerous, or illegal actions may result in a permanent ban from events and TruckersMP.
**Reporting and Accountability**
- Report rule-breaking behavior to event organizers or the TruckersMP
moderation team.
- Provide details such as the offender’s in-game name, time, and nature of
the violation.
- Treat moderators with respect and follow their instructions.
